This policy explains what personal data RealTells collects, why, and what rights you have. Please do not upload photos that show faces, documents or other personal information. If you do, we only use them to produce your report.
We use your photos to improve our models and reference examples only if you opt in. You can withdraw consent at any time; future training will then exclude your photos. We never sell your photos or personal data.
Reports are produced by AI models. To analyse your photos we send them to AI model providers that act as our processors, such as Anthropic, OpenAI and Google. We use these providers only under business/API terms that do not allow them to train their models on your data. The report itself makes no decision with legal effect about you; it is an opinion about an item in the photos. You can ask us how a report was produced and contest it (see the Refund Policy for re-checks).
RealTells is operated from the Republic of Kazakhstan, and our providers may process data in the United States, the European Union and other countries. Where the law requires it, we rely on safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Depending on where you live (including the EU, the UK, California and Kazakhstan), you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent. Write to support@realtells.com; we answer within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority. We do not sell or "share" personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising as defined by California law.
We use only cookies and similar storage that are necessary for the site to work (for example, to keep you signed in). If we add analytics or advertising cookies, we will ask for your consent first where the law requires it.
Data is encrypted in transit, photos are stored in private storage and are accessible only through time-limited links, and access to production systems is restricted.
RealTells is intended for adults (18+) and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect children's data.
We will post updates on this page with a new date and notify registered users of important changes by email.
